Listen to what both say. If you do you will wonder how they got there.

It's not what ya say, it's what you do. DT got this country headed in the right direction, despite his personal flaws. JB is a total failure, and not able to effectively lead the greatest country in the world. His supporters are snowblind, or at least only concerned with their own individual needs or wishes.
The nation needs someone who cares about the whole enchilada. The best we have in the running is Trump !

Working the draft in Detroit was certainly interesting.
Someone dropped a Crack pipe in front of me when they tried to get through a baracade and I showed them the police car nearby.
I witnessed a car chase involving a stolen corvette.
The thief, while fleeing from police, missed a turn and ran into a pole.
A person who said he was with the Black Brothern Gang and could go wherever he wanted to forced his way through the baracade and got tazed by the police.
Yes the draft was quite interesting.
Next year it is in Green Bay 2026 is in Denver.
Commander Bell out 👍

Gee, Commander, I thought Detroit was just like Mayberry. Sheriff Andy would have his hands full there. Oh well, live & learn.

That's new to me. I hang around to see responses.

Me too Gordon, sounds like a good idea though, and you could soak 'em up good with an attractant in a sealed container between trips. Maybe good in small patches too, for catfishing ?

I'm building it on my flatbed trailer just to have a flat surface to work off of. I will be adding one more brace in the empty slot before I put the plywood down and glue and screw it into place.

Coming along quite nicely, keep at it Bro. I was wondering where you were gonna mount the wheels, that ya mentioned on your earlier post & it looks like that will make things much easier than draggin' it along the ground. I'm curious, what are you going to use as a sealant ?

Hello stagers.
While in Detroit working the NFL Draf l took a nasty fall and chipped one ead of my Humorous,. The upper arm bone. The chip isn't severe enough to warrant any kind of treatment and will heal on its own, with a noticeable bump just under the elbow.
No cast
No sling, but I have to make sure that I don't hit it again and complete the fracture.
It hurts like wadden. Dr said to go ahead and use it, but any numbness or tingling to come in right away.
So dear friends I'm going to lay low for awhile.
I'll be back very soon.
Commander Bell out 👍

C B , be careful with that bad boy, maybe get an elbow pad like basketball and volleyball player use ? That would protect ya from painful bumps. Good Luck 🍀.

Hit the ramp about 5:15 on a beautiful partly cloudy Sunday afternoon. Air temp was 70 with a 5 to 10 knot southwest wind and the water temp ranged from 56 to 59. Got some good info at the ramp from a nice fella on his way out. Said they were catching them in close off the Gold Coast trolling bandits 35-40ft back. Since his report and my plan pretty much lined up I was feeling confident. We started trolling just after Edgewater beach 1.6-1.8 MPH headed dead west in 16-26 ft of water. The graph was showing plenty of life so why not, I figured. Ran 2 perfect 10’s, 2 Bandits, a Flicker Minnow and a Husky Jerk. Took about 45 min to get our first on a Perfect 10 40ft set back. 20 min later we got our second fish on a Bandit 35 ft set back. 15 min later we got another on the Husky Jerk set back 50. Five minutes after that we had our forth on a flicker minnow 35ft back. Then we hit a lul and it wasn’t until we turned north mid way thru our turn around that we got out 5th fish on a Bandit set back 40ft. 20 min later we got our sixth fish on the Husky Jerk set back 50ft. Trolled back east till 8:40 then called it a day. We fished from 16-36ft of water and there were plenty of fish. The key was to keep your lures in that 10-15 ft running depths. We caught on purple, green, yellow, blue/red,& blue/green. Basically color didn’t matter. That’s why I like to keep a variety out even if I catch a lot on one particular color one day. All fish caught where post spawn males. Beautiful evening on Lake Erie couldn’t ask for more!!

Hey Everyone
New to this site. From the Charleston area, only fish inshore saltwater. Hope to get some tips, not your spots for fishing where I live. I just want to enjoy the water and be more proficient in catching fish.
Retired, have a boat, usually launch at Buck Hall ramp, mostly fish during the week.
Greg

Greg, Welcome to the Stage. I see Gordon has already responded and had advice for you. So, now ya know, this is a useful forum, because of folks like him 😀.

This past winter there was a topic about coughing, at times uncontrollably, especially trying to sleep. Just wondering what, if anything anyone did to make it better.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Matt, I had that problem, & when it was accompanied with bloody yellow phlegm, I went to visit the doctor and found out I had bronchitis. Got meds for the problem, and in ten days, it was fixed.

Mulberries would be my first choice. That's what they are feeding on under the tree. Some distance from the tree and the mulberry for bait would decrease and the stink bait would take over. I came across this situation one time
at the lake I fish. The next year the Corps of Engineers decided to push out brush and trees from the shoreline and took the mulberry tree out. Haven't found another mulberry tree next to the shoreline.

I went out today to scout out my favorite carp spot, where they gorge on mulberries. Well, they used to anyway. I found the dam and the mill there have been removed and just a trickle of water left in the creek.
It was a great spot to hook big carp & check my drags. I'm gonna miss that spot, it was one of a kind in my area ...
