Terrific Reds, the red tide has hurt us here in Tampa Bay. Ever try crabbing while fishing? We pay good money for Louisiana crabs, and they are delicious. Tx for the nice Pic.
WOW WOW, BEAUTIFUL FISH, I have tried hard in western NY state for them from Lake Ontario, caught the salmon but not a steelhead! GREAT CATCH AND TX FOR THE PICS.
Hey, we got plenty of them for you in Franklin county.
H EY, I see you fish on the skyway pier, I fish all over Anna Maria and Tampa Bay, EXcept the skyway, but I would appreciate the technique done on the skyway, any info would be appreciated not about where you caught fish but the best bait to use maybe to catch a Gag grouper and technique to maybe use, Thanks.
I would suggest galvanized wire and a cinder block for anchor. be sure of the depth, don't want it too deep to attract. crappie and the like. I would say 10-12 feet would be good.
WOW, they are too good, it is nice to remember the past, BUT let's look to the future!!
WOWWOW Those perch are gorgeous, thanks for pics.
Well, it is true that Tilapia were raised to keep fish farm lakes clean, eat the yuck, but, once people tasted them here comes the fish marketers. I have caught them on corn but you need to chum them for a few days before fishing. also frozen peas can be successful. The orange juice guy is talking about all the over fertilization of the orange trees which is done to over produce.
HI! If I am not mistaking "ANTIQUES" are 100 years old or more. If you do have some reels from 1824 or before I would be interested. Not to pop your bubble, reels 20 years and older are "VINTAGE".
MIKE, I have read where the "MUSKY EXPERTS" will average 27 trips per Musky caught. You have exceeded that and more, the Sager fishing was a great eye opening for me never knew what they were. THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO AND PICS.
WELL WHAT HE'S SMOKING MAKE AFFECT HIS JUDGEMENT.
There is some difference BUT, I would go with MICRO LIGHT, they are great for what you are after. 2 or 4 # test is all you need, even for the big ONE. I have caught several 4-5# Brown Trout with it no problem, BUT, a lot of play involved, can't horse them in like normal. Several nice LMB have also been subdued.
