The Royal Legend would be my first choice.

Some very interesting reading. How do you have the answer if you never used them? I am a CA tournament bass fisherman. I am on the water 2 to 3 times a week 52 weeks a year. Kastking has replaced my Shimanos, Carbonlites, and Abus, both rods and reels. Why would a competitive fisherman do that? Because they perform exceptionally well under all conditions. Ask Brent Chapman, of the BassPro Tour, why he is sold on them. Just got the new 9:3:1 reel, fantastic! Having 30 rods and reels on board, how much did I save? As of today, Best Buy.

If your fishing saltwater, get yourself a package of frozen squid. Let it thaw. Tie yourself a hook on a dropper loop about 12" above your sinker. Now slice pieces the squid on to the hook. Hook size #1, sinker 1= 1 1/2 oz. Now just start casting into all your favorite saltwater spots. You will discover that it's hard not to catch a fish

The deep divers usually are anywhere from 3/4oz to 1 1/4oz. So you take a 7'6" rod and you can launch it a country mile. The farther you launch the longer your lure is at the designated depth. These are not designed to be retrieved at fast speed. Can't imagine using a reel other than 5:7, etc. if you intend to catch a fish using a deep diver. I fish the deep canyons in CA fairly successfully.

All my leaders are 15 to 20 feet. You have no site issues.

Braid to flouro leader. Whether dropping or casting. If casting, Remarkable distance. Braid will last you forever.

Hi there. I'm a successful SoCal tournament guy. It's hard for me to understand why braid to flouro or mono leader is not used by everyone. Don't experience any drawback. If you worry about site than you make a longer leader. I have about 30 rods on board. Baitcasters have 20lb braid with different weights of leader. Top waters have mono leaders, the rest fluoro. Spinners have 10lb braid. Average leader length is about 20 feet. By far the sweetest set up I've used in the past 50 years.

No one is paying me a nickel. I'm a CA tournament bass guy. Over the past 2 years I have switched all my gear to Kastking. My Nitro has 12 bait casters and 6 spinners on board. Never been happier. Also all Kastking rods. I'm also fortunate enough to afford any rod and reel. Why is it that I have no problem casting a country mile.

Time zones makes the most sense. Make even better. Use the time zones and take I-70 across country to cut the country in half. Now you have 8 perfect fishing zones

I'm a CA. bass fisherman. Doing it for over 50yrs. Fishing a tournament tomorrow. Tried a Royal Legend last year. There will be 8 of them on the boat tomorrow. Best I've used for the money. There isn't a brand I haven't used over the years.

I have used a variety over the years. I now own 4 of the Kastking, 2 bait cast, 2 spinning. They won't send you to the poor house either. Very good rods. Check out Amazon.
