I fish the Delta all the time. Its been slow this year! I launch at Ladds marina at Buckley Cove in Stockton.
Its at the west end of March Lane off of I5. You can also launch at Paradise or King Island on Eight Mile RD
witch is also west of I5. You can Google a map of the Delta and find all of the marinas. If you have any questions please PM me I would be happy to help you! Good luck.
