Our local utility company sent a contractor to my home the other day to install a new Smart Electric Meter and I questioned the guy who was to install it on his qualifications and it was his 2nd day on the job after his 8 hours of on the job training ..
I told him that he was not going to install that meter on my house which irritated 😀 to no end... he argued that I had to allow him to do his job and it was going to cause me a big problem with his boss... with that I showed him the exit and told him that his boss can reach out to me anytime 😊..
I am glad that I refused after
doing a little research and found the documentary named in the title of this post.. stay analog with your meters.
Go to YouTube and search for Take your power back - Smart Meters .. It will blow your mind.......
Our utility company has sent me the Opt Out paperwork to remain on my analog meter, plus advising me that I will be charged $15.00 for the meter reader to come to my house every 60 days to read my meter.. I think I saved someone's job. πŸ€”

There is only one public ramp on the east side of the lake parallel to I-5 .. it's open 24/7.. however invasive inspection are from 6am to 5pm..

Is Kokanee fishing similar to trolling for sockeye?

I’m pretty sure I’ve all the gear to fish Kokanee, between dodgers, hoochies, flashers, down riggers, etc….

Just have to figure out how to find them on my old Garmin GPSMAP 540C.

Pretty much the same technique with speed of. 8mph to 2.2mph..

Nice catch Jeep. I live here in the area. I have heard the fishing for them was good. I never have tried to catch them do to no boat. Can they be caught from shore?

Thanks for the shout... I see people fishing from the bank but I have no clue what they are catching .. more than likely trout, bass and perch... maybe a kokanee or two...

Very nice fish! What were they hitting how fast and how deep?

Over the past 2 days 15 of the kokanee went after a chrome/lime green sling blade with a florescent green mini hoochee tipped with green grub soaked in anise scent... the remaining kokanee hit a red/chrome sling blade and a elgin God's tooth florescent red.. next time out is up to the kokanee God... lol πŸ˜† 🀣 trolling speed varied from .8 mph to 1.2 mph..

Its now 8:30. What is your catch status now. I just got my boat back together. I am going to test it tomorrow afternoon on Whatcom. No gear, just a sea trial. I want to get out on Samish, but I heard the silver run this year is spectacular. That is a hard report since It also includes a mess of crab. I hope the low winds hold out through Monday.

I have 8 in the bucket and they are chunky.. glad 😊 you are feeling better.. mild breeze and it feels good πŸ‘ 😌
