Sorry to hear this Greg. I'm having a similar respiratory issue, but not nearly as severe as yours. I'll treat it with OTC stuff for now and see how it goes. If it gets worse,I'll call the doctor. I hope you and Becky get well soon.

Thanks Fred. We are rarely ill. I just wonder what the origin of this virus is and where it originated.

My favorite team is the Twins but my grandson was drafted by the Brewers in 2022 and is in their minor league system now and I've gotten to watch him in 2 spring training seasons now. He started at Low A Carolina last year and mid-season was promoted to A+ (high A) Appleton Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. After spring this year he was promoted to the AA Biloxi Shuckers and reported there yesterday. Fingers crossed and hopes for a speedy promotion to AAA and the majors.

Sounds like he is making great progress and they are moving him along fairly quickly. Obviously, I don't know the Brewers plans for him down the line and what their needs are relative to his position. The jump form AA to the majors is pretty common now. He may not see AAA.

Exactly what my wife had. Lastedsix weeks. The coughing was constant and horrible! Dr prescribed antibiotics and Prednisone but still persisted. She's much better now but has some residual coughing. Luckily I never got it.

They call it the 100 month cough. That's what it feels like.

I really do enjoy the four seasons, but I’ll agree with the winter temperatures, especially as I get older. Winter I get caught up on my rest.😂 Then I’m good to go for the spring and summer, fishing and gardening.

We have four seasons here. The winters are much milder - 40s and 50s for highs. We did have an unusual event this winter with an eight inch snowfall. It melted in five days. Fishing weather starts in March and runs until December. Some guys fish year round.

April 2 and we have a winter storm warning. I think it is only the second one we have had this year. That is how we welcome in spring, in Michigan.

Just another validation for my move eight years ago from WI and TN. I couldn't handle the snow and temps in Wi with winter that sometimes lasts until May. Btw, 80 and partly cloudy here today.

There is a whopping cough epidemic sweeping across the U.S. right now. Sounds like you have the symptoms related to the virus. Did your Dr. check for it?

No, but if the coughing continues, it's on the top of the list.

I used to dig for deep thoughts like the meaning of life but I stopped because I kept hitting my foot with the shovel.

About a week ago, my wife came home from work coughing, short of breath and very tired. She went to the doctor and had a chest x-ray, two steroid shots and antibiotic. The x-ray showed a possible virus in the lung. She tested negative for Covid. A few days later, I got it. She seems to be improving but missed a week's worth of work.

The doctor wasn't sure what this is/was. The coughing is terrible. My ribs and back are sore. I'm sleeping mostly in a recliner.

If any of you have these symptoms and have breathing or respiratory issues separate from this virus. I would strongly urge you to get to a doctor. This is nothing to ignore. Just my two cents.

Seems like a lot of digging. What are we looking for? China or water?

They use all sorts of machines for work. I know an Amish Roofing crew that uses robots!! They get away with the boats on a technicality that it’s registered to someone non Amish. I’ll get you guys pictures this spring. It blows my mind how I’m in downtown Cleveland and 50%+ of the boats are all Amish.

Told you I should have come to Cleveland for my boat. We have a custom furniture store here in Knoxville. Everything made by Amish. It's expensive but probably the best I've ever seen. Quality and beauty.

Don’t feel too bad Greg, I never even knew it was for sale.😢😢

Some of my Amish contacts in Indiana would take care of me. Instead, I bought a piece of crap bout and didn't even break even on it. Story of my life. Never breaking even.
