Thanks again for the smiles Graywulff. The bad thing about being a long distance dad and granddad is that you don't get to see the faces when you actually do something right in their eyes.

Yeh, facetiming just ain't the same.

Fred, my base pay in '71 was 143 dollars a month.
For those in Viet Nam, combat pay was a whopping 55 dollars a month extra. WOW ! Somethin to think about !
BUT... it was TAX EXEMPT though.

Guess tax exempt makes up for it.

I believe rookie minimum is 450k, and the Commander and Chief makes 400k.🤔

The Commander In Chief ain't in harm's way so he should get less.

Big dog stay strong for Peaches and yourself.
It's almost a copy of my last six weeks. Took me 55 years to find my Doodlebug. Seven weeks ago she was diagnosed with cancer of the brain lungs and gallbladder. She was the strongest willed woman I ever met.
Our Lord took her home this past Sunday night.
We never lose them they are always there.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
Keep a tight line buddy!

Praying for you also Bassfishinfool! Take your time grieving. There is no time limit and no time limit on our prayers. God Bless you!

She’s in the Dr office now getting radiation treatment for breast cancer. Two weeks ago the Dr said it was stage one but last week another Dr said it was stage Four. It took me 50 years to find her, I don’t want to lose her now.
Any prayers are appreciated.🙏

Praying now Big Dog!

Most of his care has been turned over to Mom. He is being monitored for vitals and they are diligently caring for his pain management. Thanks to all of you for staying with the prayers. It’s working wonders….

There are those among us who believe that prayer is hooey and a waste of time. Not so myself. Ezra is out of surgery. The operation went perfectly according to the surgeon. The donor valve is a little larger than Ezra’s heart so he will be able to grow into it and if he does need further work it will be in maybe 20 to 30 years. Everything is functioning normally and as soon as the anesthetic wears off mom will be allowed to see him and pictures will follow. Our gratitude goes beyond expression. Thank you Stage family. Once again my life is blessed by being part of this.

Hello stagers,
I just read a interesting article about what bone are you most likely to break. It said the Clavicle or the shoulder blade. The reason for this is that it is the closest bone to the surface of the body with no muscle tissue surrounding it.
That makes sense and yes I have broken my Clavicle while playing football, but I have broken my toes numerous times. I don't often wear shoes when inside.
What bones have you broken? Both major and minor breaks.

Well I've never broken a bone but I did chip a piece off my right wrist. Severely effected my casting. Doc took it out and did a tendon release on My wrist.

Now my son has broken about 20 and he's 53 years old. Many fingers and toes. Most serious was right femur and turned his leg around backwards..then broke again years later. Ya know it only takes only 6 pounds of pressure to break a femur?

Ezra went for his pre-op check up on Thursday and he is good to go. When asked by the social worker how he felt he answered that he is excited. They are going to fix his heart and it is going to work better. The lady asked if he was scared and he said no that he knows God has his back. Brother and sisters his mom told me that his anxiety went away about the same time you all started praying for him. Thank you all from Ezra, Samantha and the rest of our family. You folks are just the greatest. Surgery is Tuesday at 10 a.m. Pacific time. Will post an update as soon as Sam sends it to me. God bless all of you.
