H**e to say it but my 40 year old step son does that every year on our summer Lake George vacation. He kyaks out, drops his line and gets high. I’m hoping he gets caught but in all the years we’ve been going I haven’t even seen a game warden. I’m very glad he lives out of state, the putz.

I was psyched for this coming Wednesday to finally get out on the boat I reserved thru my Freedom Boat Club membership. Then good old covid paid a visit, so I'm holed up for a week or so. I can't catch a break, or any fish for that matter right now. The fluke survive another week.....

A good friend of mine opened and owns the Kingston Pop Museum in Kingston. The town has become quite trendy for the artistic groups. Back in the late 60's-early 70's we used to go up there to a place called Oehlers Mountain Lodge for weekend soccer tournaments. Great times back then.

Did you try contacting your regular doctor? He could have straightened them out.

NICE!!!
That's the way to get it done. That first fish looks like a blue, the largest one I've ever seen.

I had a mate feeding pelicans on a Cabo charter once. He ended up catching one by the beek. That was a bit over the top I thought.
And whats NOT a misdemeanor in California ?

When I lived in Chicago I was invited to a smelt fish gathering one night. They were fried up and consumed right there. Pretty tasty with a few cold ones. A fun night.

I'm still in the house I bought in 1992 on Long Island.

-mortgage paid
-income apartment covers all expenses and more
-four houses off the ocean
-MAIN REASON....my daughter and granddaughter live 30 mins away.

I'm not going anyplace
It is a bummer about the decline of "the City" and how one can get pushed off a train platform, punched in the head for no reason, or shot by a stray gang shootout bullet just walking down the street.

Terrible news. It’s good that the family is together. The support of close loved ones is immeasurable. We are going thru it with the loss of out 36yr old son on January 30th. It’s devastating. Prayers for the family. K

I have a friend who fought bladder cancer for over 10 years. After his booster it spread throughout his body. No coincidence there.

Jones inlet needs to be dredged bigtime. The water is 3-4 ft at low tide and the breakers are nasty when the tide starts moving. The inside marshes are flooded at high tides. The plans are to dredge next year. Many guys (including me) won’t navigate the inlet this season. More than likely a boat will be lost again this year trying to navigate that monster.
