A boat, Sea Doo, Quad Runners,Travel Trailers, Harleys.. All of which are luxury items. And ALL of them are what you make of them! None are worth anything unless you take the time to actually use them as well as take care of them. Simply put...If you take care of them it will cost you less if you neglect them it'll cost you more 💯
I didn't try any jerkbaits, spinner baits or buzzbaits this time..Maybe I should have!.. Perris lake changes day to day.
I might be fishing either Silverwood or Skinner next... I'll report on them as well
I did get pretty shallow by boat, and I did see big fish swimming in about 12 - 15 ft.I anchored a cast away from the shore! But the fish just didn't seem to want to bite. I tried... SWIMBAITS, DEPZ COVER SCAT, DEPZ BULL FLAT, DROPSHOT ROBO WORMS VARIOUS COLORS, NED RIG, FLUKES, MICRO CRANK BAITS, WEIGHTED NEKO RIG , FAT FLIES, .. ONLY THING THAT WORKED WAS THE GOOD OLE YAMAMOTO SENKO GREEN PUMPKIN BLK FLK... BUT THANKS MAN ..Dinger SKONKA
Caught 2 fish early both on the 1 and a half pound range in the submerged trees on the south west corner near the bubbler. Lost 2 on the rockpiles on the east end..im assuming on the smaller side. Once the heat kicked up around noon... fishing came to a halt.. But over all a beautiful day... but the woes of this summer heat still making it a grind for all of so cals lakes!.. Peace and tite-lines..Skonka

Hi! I'm from La Mirada/Pico Rivera. I like shore fishing salt and fresh water. I can't afford a boat. I like Legg Lake , Fisherman's Retreat , Seal and Huntington beaches. Open for trying out new spots.
Fished Legg Lake Many times growing up.. and fished it for bass as an adult... The lake that helped me hone in on Bass fishing..
