I don't know the law on this but I think if the gallery photo had a patent number you could not lawfully take a picture and paint it for profit.
If no number appears on the photo you should be able to do anything you want. At least I would do it.

Very curious, need some info

I was on a trip to Missouri and Arkansas from so California. I was getting 19 mpg with CA gas and price was $3.50 gal. I reached Missouri and the price was $2.25 gal and my mpg went up to 24 mpg. This was 5 years ago.
Has anyone experienced the quality of gas like this in other states.
