Got a good keeper 1030 pm on anchovies hi lo rig glow in the dark beads. 24 inches and put up a good fight, even took some drag out.

Went to Vallejo waterfront right by the ferry. Got two stripers, 16 inches and 20 inches. 20 incher definitely put up a good fight.

Went out trying to get a sturgeon again with no luck on that. But at least I got something, even if it’s just a little smelt, always better than skunking.

Going to the glen cove marina today. Going to be targeting sturgeon with lamprey eel and salmon roe. Striped bass with a few lures I got. Open to any suggestions that could help me out, especially with the crab situation in the area. Never got a sturgeon before, would be a dream come true to get a keeper!

Ended up with four little guys, no keepers, 12,12,15, and 16 inches. I was at the glen cove marina, used a hi lo rig with anchovies and crawfish spray

Beautiful fish! I’ll be going to the 1st street pier tomorrow morning for stripers and crab. What were you using?

I was to the left(east) of the glen cove marina, usually a hot spot for me, but I skunked out yesterday. Still had a good time getting my line wet though! Lots of quick strong bites but I never landed anything.

If anybody wants to join in at glen cove marina, let me know! Got plenty of anchovies and grass shrimp to go around. I’ll be targeting striped bass and sturgeon(even though I never got one before). I’ll be posting pictures if I get anything.
