10 years ago did a two week fishing trip through Wyoming and Montana. Started out on March 30th. Planned to tent camp and fish. First night in Wyoming. After setting up camp, the dark clouds started to form. Wind started to pick up turning into a gale force with rain, snow, hell and thunder storm, temps in the low 30 thirties. Only camped out 5 nights of the 15 day trip due to the weather conditions; but, that didn't stop me from fishing every day. If planning to fish in western Montana check the map for seasonal road closures, a lot of the mountain passes are closed well into May. I learned that the hard way and missed out fishing the western part of the state. Good luck and dress warm. All hell with all this global warming it might 100 degrees.
Egghead, need to enter the Strongest Man Composition!
