I’m sure it’ll work. When I bring home some lures my sweetie asks me why Did you buy them and I tell her “they are my antidepressants”, she’s always ok with that.
I've been fishing rainbows at Willow Lake the past week and boy are they nice! Although I've been following the posts for the past year, and have thoroughly enjoyed them, this is my first post. Thanks for the entertainment! Fish on!

Headed over to a little lake in Jersey, quite foggy and low light. Caught maybe 25 to 30 crappies but kept only 10 between 11-12”. Caught a few bigger girls but left them for the upcoming spawn. Damn, I love fishing.

Good morning y’all. Currently 37 and partly cloudy going up to 46. My farmer buddies honey hole is so low I can walk across the bottom of half of it and not get muddy boots. Going to take a lot of rain to fill it. The fish remaining in it have got to be stressed out! Y’all have a good day and if ya can, go fishing.
Good morning y’all. It’s currently 29 with ice covered in an inch of snow. Going up to 39, can’t wait for it to warm up a bit so I can try out my new rod and reel. Have a good one y’all.
Was going fishing Saturday morning, but forecasters changed weather forecast to 1/4 inch of ice. Changed gears and headed home before being caught in potential adverse weather (which never happened).
