My wife feeds the Cardinals sunflower seeds. We have a bunch of them if our state bird , the mockingbird doesn't run them off. They are ornery as hell . My 180 lb dane got close to their nest & both of them dive bombed him. He didn't what the hell hit him !

Go to Texas Parks & Wildlife. They send me monthly reports. Haven't fished in Corpus but the jetty's on port a near the ferry's are great. Reds , Drum , trout & spade fish. Live shrimp, dead shrimp , mullet live or dead. Good Luck !

Hill Country in Texas . They are everywhere . You can't hardly turn a rock over without finding one. If construction is going on they are there. Fresh cut wood, they love it. Been stung a bunch of times. Like a bee sting. We always check our boots & most important your skivvies !

I live on a lake so walk down & fish from the bank . I also fish from my old 1978 Glastron with 175 hp Johnson. I wish I had a Bay boat because I like fishing in the gulf but cannot afford one.
