Sorry to hear u lost the fish but it happens. Some days you get the chicken and days u get the feathers keep going back u mite catch it again
I use kite string for backing on all my bait casters cheapen then fishing line. Buy a #8 knitting needle it will help u pick out backlashes good luck if u can find someone that knows bait casters to help u when u practice it would be a plus. Good luck and keep practicing
Me too but getting harder because I have nerve damage in my hands,my dexterity is so bad I have hold a hook with vice-grips to put a plastic worm on and still have a hard time putting it on. If I didn't know how to tie a palomar knot I would be able to fish at all my son and I are trying make something to make it easier to put a worm on a hook any ideas please pass on to me thanks
