Thank you for the kind words of truth. I'm kind of used to this. For yrs and yrs i owned and operated charter boats . 99&1/2 % of fishermen were grateful for chance to go fishing and we loved to help them. the other 1/2 percent didn't know the meaning of thank full and their only agenda was to tell us how we were doing it all wrong and we needed to listen to them. So now when I get remarks like you're referring too, it's laughable.
Tell me about yourself fishing wise, lol
I've quit looking. Only people who have replied already have their own boat. I wanted to do this to give people who didn't have the opportunity a chance.
I'd love to help but can't recommend you or anyone moving to California. lol
You must be related to guy who contacted me earlier. I'm not looking to go fishing with someone else so don't muddle it up. I'm just offering a chance for someone who doesn't have the opportunity to go. Amd no matter how you twist it that's not a bad thing.
Let me ad to this. this is an opportunity for someone who doesn't have a boat to go fishing. If you already aa boat
please don't waste my time contacting me for whatever reasons. I just had a gentleman contact me and after 2dozen questions about me and my boat, he said" Oh, my boats bigger than yours so lets take mine."
Northern Ca. I live in Penn Valley
83 yr old need new fishing partner as wifey don't like me going by myself. Have 16' alum mirrocraft boat with all the bells and whistles. I fish Englebright and bullards Bar mainly. Only fish week days cause boss makes me stay home on weekends. Got equipment if you lack it.
I've been using plain old deep cycle batteries on trolling motors for 30 yrs now. Granted lithium batteries are great but price is unconscionable. I've probably had 7 or 8 different brands of deep cycle batteries and all have been great except for the ones Walmart sells. I tried 2 of theirs and both were poor quality and didn't last. Right now I have 2 deep cycle batteries on my boat that have both been on there for over 5 yrs. The one thing I do tho is the minute I get in from fishing, I charge batteries right back up to full and maintain them there. As I stated Lithium batteries are great, but most people can't justify that kind of cost for a few fishing trips yearly.
Fish and Game kind of ignore Lake Spaulding. Very seldom gets any kind of fish plants. Don't know why
