Hat creek is a very productive little creek. Most of the area suffered a lot of fire damage but there are many easy access points. Good size rainbows respond well to drifted flies. Pretty aggressive bites if you find a good pool below fast moving water. Think it’s pretty heavily stocked, but some real trophies are there. Stealth is key with a lot of brush burned off.
