Thanks.....He was delicious.
Hey Jc....Don't give up...it happens. I wish I had a nickle for every time in my life I got skunked...I'd be rich. I went rainbow trout fishing this year right after they stocked the pond with thousands of of fish. Gues what...not only did I not catch any trout, I never got 1 singe bite. Hang in there girl...you got this..🐟🎣
Thank you Hacksaw...he's a great kid. Loves the sport. Will do on the high five.
Thanks for the reply. Yes he will. He'll be the one to pass it on.
Thanks Spirit....6 years old and he baits his own hook....casts, strikes them and reels them in by himself. That's what I'm talking about in my post.
Thank you Gordon....he's 6 yrs. Old and just loves to fish with his Papa. He baits his own hook....casts and strikes them by himself. I'll take them off the hook for him but he strings them up. He's a real trooper that kid.
I have had the distinct pleasure of teaching my two grandsons about the pleasures of fishing. I feel it is important that we share our knowledge about this grand sport with our next generations. I try to encourage them about respect for our sport and the environment. Leave your area in better condition than when you arrived. Catch and release and keep only what you will eat. Learn something new every time out. Be safe. Our children and grandchildren are our succesors. Let's teach them well.
Thank you Gordon....looks like you are quite a talented angler
J In CLE.....Thanks for the post. I go to Walbourn Reservoir in Alliance most of the time. I have landed many cats in the mid 20" range. There is a nice mix of cats, perch, striped and largemouth bass and of course tons of bluegill and crappie
Thak you to all the anglers wo welcomed me and responded to my post. Fisherman are part of a unique community that I am proud to be a part of.
Hi Lockman....I'll keep an eye out for your van. I think I've seen it out at Deer Creek .
