Good luck with the Doc and the loan/house hunting.
Check out the "Good Night post, Scudnr. It was all a go.
Well, the rain chased me off the deck at beer time, So, I went out to the porch, it began to rain harder and the wind came up, and that chased me off the porch, now I'm sitting in front of the idiot box watching the "Wheel of Fortune", whoopee! And now, the sun is shining!!!!
The urologist said it looked good up there, and the Financial Advisor said go for it!!! So now, we have to find something. Hopefully, no mistakes this time. I definitely do not want to move again, but I definitely do not want to spend the rest of my life here.
Your bedtime story:
A middle school class went on a field trip to the construction site.
Suddenly, a worker falls to his death from the roof of an unfinished building. Because of this, the school decided to hold an accident prevention class. The teacher asks:
"Children, how do you think, why did that man fall?"
"He was standing too close to the edge of the roof!" - said Lily.
"He was drunk!" - said Billy.
"Both of you are wrong," said Johnny, "he fell because he was badmouthing my mother! I heard him yell, "Hey, you son of a bi**h! Stop shaking the ladder!"
Have a good evening, my friends.

I hope she didn't eat the little duckies. Thanks, for sharing. andy.
They show the process on a TV that the Doc. watches and you can too. I suppose I could get a video of it, and replay it.
As far as the HOA rules. You can only park on the curb momentarily, an hour is too long. visiting cars must be in the driveway. You can't do anything to the outside of the house. You may put a few planted pots on the rock between the condos and the rock around the condo. You can't do anything to the lawn, or put up a bird feeder. They control you and you have to give them $225.00 a month. That sounds like a good deal, doesn't it?
The realtor handed me a copy of the HOAs about a 100 pages, and I looked at it, and that was about it. I wanted them to mow my lawn and plow my snow, but that was about it.

To continue to grow I have to remind myself to take time and pay attention to what’s going on inside. Quiet time on the water helps me do that!!
Good Morning, Wulffy. I have to give this one some deep thought, I'll let you know about noon. Thank you and have a good day.
Doug gave us a good one, but I will give you one also.
I never knew what happiness was until I got married—and then it was too late.

Good morning Doug, most people that moves to Florida stills companies about everything, to hot, food not like back home, raining today, food cost to much, gas to high, well if they don't like our food, weather, and gas prices by all means head back home and complain there...😂 We already have enough complainers 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Good morning, Doug. So, I have to move back to MN? I'm thinking about it. But we still talk the same. I think WI copied us, and it's still the same temp. and the same road repairs. You can't win.
Good Morning Stagers!!!
Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Southwest wind 5 to 8 mph. The current temp. is 63. Another nice day on the way.
Well, today I get to go see my urologist at 8:30, and he is going to put a camera and laser gun up my front end and see if I have any nasty things growing in my bladder or prostate. If I do he zaps them off. I had prostate & bladder cancer about 10 - 15 years ago. Then we are going to meet with our financial advisor and see if we can afford to spend some more money to buy a house. We simply do not like the over-55 neighborhood and the controlling HOA rules. These old people are not any fun. We're old but we don't like to act like it. Oh boy, I may have to come out of retirement and get a job so we can make house payments.
Have a good day, my friends. Please take care of yourself and your loved ones.
Well, we decided to move again. Neither of us are happy here. The highlight of the day is watering the tomatoes, a few flowers, and the raspberries every 4 days. Oh yeah, I get to take the garbage out once a week. I can clean the condo once a day, it takes me an hour, and I'm done, with bathrooms and all. I only do it twice a week, just for shi1s and giggles. We're going to take it in the bunghole with the capital tax. But, that's better than living here and hating it. Life is too short.
Anyway and anyhow, your bedtime story is:
I came home from the bar the last night and was met by my wife asking, " WHAT DO YOU MEAN COMING HOME HALF DRUNK?!?!"
I said, "I ran out of money!"
Have a good evening, folks.
