Good Morning Stagers!!!
Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Southwest wind 5 to 8 mph. The current temp. is 63. Another nice day on the way.
Well, today I get to go see my urologist at 8:30, and he is going to put a camera and laser gun up my front end and see if I have any nasty things growing in my bladder or prostate. If I do he zaps them off. I had prostate & bladder cancer about 10 - 15 years ago. Then we are going to meet with our financial advisor and see if we can afford to spend some more money to buy a house. We simply do not like the over-55 neighborhood and the controlling HOA rules. These old people are not any fun. We're old but we don't like to act like it. Oh boy, I may have to come out of retirement and get a job so we can make house payments.

I'm sure in todays market, you'll come out of the Condo at least breaking even or better. Hope you find a place that keeps the wife happy.
Gotta run. have to plumb in a new water well system today, then meet to sell another heating system.. I need more of ME!

Good morning Leo, make sure he doesn't ZAP to much off 😂 I couldn't live anywhere they tell me what color my car has to be and it has to be in the garage at night, there's places like that down here. A friend of mine lives in one of those places he painted his house they told him that was not approved color so he got a list of each color that he could pick from and bought one gallon of each and painted the house four different colors from those approved colors, was then told that he had to paint it one color and he said show that to me in the homeowners association rules,he's also a lawyer 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

They show the process on a TV that the Doc. watches and you can too. I suppose I could get a video of it, and replay it.
As far as the HOA rules. You can only park on the curb momentarily, an hour is too long. visiting cars must be in the driveway. You can't do anything to the outside of the house. You may put a few planted pots on the rock between the condos and the rock around the condo. You can't do anything to the lawn, or put up a bird feeder. They control you and you have to give them $225.00 a month. That sounds like a good deal, doesn't it?
The realtor handed me a copy of the HOAs about a 100 pages, and I looked at it, and that was about it. I wanted them to mow my lawn and plow my snow, but that was about it.

66° clear breezy and less humid here, going up to 85° later with WNW winds 10-20 mph, gusting to 25 mph.
I'm putting off the fishing trip till Friday, it's not worth fighting the wind. Happy Hump Day everybody.

Good morning everybody. 66* right now and working it's way up to 86 with lots of sunshine. Wind is about 9 mph from the west. Finalizing plans as i type to be on the lake at 0400 for stripers, then a shift over at daybreak to crappie. May squeeze in a little bass fishing too.

I feel your pain Leo. As you know I too am in a 55 or older what I call compound. Not as bad as you with the rules and regs here, but give some guy or gal an ounce of power and you would think they were saving the world.
My curiosity is peaking at why do we pay $ 32,000 in liability insurance for the 3 block long compound? Couldn't get a straight answer when asked where did the $ 6,000 snow removal money go since it didn't snow?

Good morning all. Another hot day here. More storms tonight into tomorrow. Got the grass cut. Then cut the neighbors yard. He’s had eye surgery so I cut his grass for him. Have a great day all.
