I caught 2 today in shallow water on a size 0 spinner with a 1/16th oz jig.One 10" and one 12".

The Upper Bay opens the 15th. Now open from Downs Park south on the Bay. Limit one 19 Inches. As Per DNR or MNR, I think they changed the name to try and confuse us. LOL Uniforms the same though.

Amen! When it was 20 inches, everything I caught was 19! Then when 19, I caught 18 inch ones. LOL
