Very nice Gordon! Those little critters taste great. We have a couple bodies of water up here we can go set out traps and catch our own. And they are very good eating, Cajun or Old Bay works well!

That looks awesome! We’re playing at a crawfish festival/fundraiser this weekend in Syracuse. The hosting organization is connected to folks in St. Bernard Parrish and they’re bringing up a whole bunch of live crawfish along with some Louisiana guys to cook it all up. Can’t wait!!!!
