Steamed or boiled Gordon?

Either way, 4 will be licking his chops.

Looking good Gordon. I tried some breaded tails as an appetizer, for the first time, on my first trip down to Santee. Awesome! Ordered a double on my second trip. Haven't tried them boiled or steamed yet, but I will.

You’re welcome Gordon. Had me some last week from a local rice field. Big and full of fat and good eating. Gonna try and get some more this weekend.

Yes sir. Either remoulade or a horseradish with lemon, ketchup and worstershire sauce. 👍

Boiled will bring the coonass out in you. Gotta have the taters, corn and onions too. 👍

Wow Four. I didn't know about the worstershire sauce. Thanks.

It’s actually called cocktail sauce. I like mine with a little extra horseradish. Just enough to slightly burn the nostrils. Kinda like wasabi. There’s recipes online. I just add the unmeasured ingredients into a bowl and go for it. It’s great with fried fish, oysters and shrimp too.
