If battered or breaded and fried, I prefer white (breast/wing). Any other kind of cooking like roasted, rotisserie, stewed, then dark, esp. thighs.

with you on this the thighs fried up don't like the feathers and don't like the gits or for that matter the bones just the meat and preferably dark meat fried.
