The Yellowstone River or Missouri River in Montana for BIG paddlefish.. pretty cool to catch a prehistoric giant.

For salt, shark/marlin/tarpon ! I also would consider dolphinfish (mahi-mahi) and giant grouper ! For fresh, muskie/pike/alligator gar/giant catfish (over 100 lbs.) ! It usually takes man-sized strength and endurance to boat or land
most of these species, not to mention man-sized gear to handle them ! They're not for the faint-of-heart !
