I would think California or Texas just due to the sheer numbers of sportsman in each state.
Ok boys and girls. Here's the answer you've been waiting for.
Yesterday we learned that Alaska has the most fisherman per 100 people. That # is 59 percent.
For today I posed the question who is #2 with 42 percent. And the answer is?
Congratulations to Happycamper21. He was the first to guess Wyoming.
Tomorrow's question is what 2 States hold the lowest percentage?
#50 has only .3 percent
#49 has only 1.7 percent
What States are they?
Hurry up and submit your answers. You have only 24 hours. To be crowned King, or queen of the daily fishing trivia show. Just like Happycamper21 did today.

North and South Dakota. Probably wrong. But what the heck. I'm enjoying these.
Arizona and New Mexico. both have a lot of tribal land
Hawaii is probably 49 or 50. Kansas is my other guess.

you know Major you might be right with Hawaii. I doubt the native Hawaiians require a license and most liberals aren't big hunters or fishermen and hawaii is very liberal so I think you might of picked a winner guess we will see

Here's my candidates
49.) Oklahoma
50.) Nebraska
Just wild guesses, cuz I don't hear much from those places on the Stage, in my magazines, or on Youtube..
Wild card .... New Mexico.
Guessing is fun... but guessing where sentences end and begin and rereading things 3 times trying to figure out what someone means isn't so much.

Guess is based on very little fresh water spots to fish in there, no politics were even remotely thought about.
[quote=Commander Bell]In my last post we discovered that Florida claims to be the Fishing Capital of World. While there seems to be some debate about the results. Today's answer comes directly from Florida.gov.
Today's trivia guestion. Florida has 2 State Fish The state freshwater fish is the Large Mouthed Bass and the Saltwater fish the Atlantic Sailfish. Both were adopted by the Florida State Legislation in 1975[/q

Sir,
My 5th grade teachers Mrs Farris and Mr Marsteller would be very proud of you.
My English teacher, Mrs. Farris failed me in Grammar because I couldn't spell and punctuate as well as the other students. Even though by that time I had already had two stories published in the monthly Scholastic Readers we used to get.
Mr. Marsteller failed me in Math because I couldn't show my calculations on paper so I must be cheating. Even when he gave me a very complicated problem I could do it in my head but not on paper, so I failed.
My sixth grade teacher, Mrs Klinker, excused me from all classes for three days to take a written test.
When I got the results back they were phenomenal except for spelling and punctuation.
I was 11 years old at that time and had just passed the College SAT test and was found to have a IQ of Genius level.
I still struggle with Grammar and still do Math in my head.
So please 🥺 don't chide someone for their missteps but praise them for their accomplishments and contributions.
