The way my book shows it, the braid is wrapped around the mono, and the mono goes back through the braid loop.

nice picture what book or panther did you get that from I would like to get one. I tried timing that knot about an hour after watching the video and after trying several tines only to have it come apart I rewatched the video was pulling the wrong end through. ha ha ha after rewatching it worked great but doubt I will remember how to tie it in may when I will want to use it, much less it's name. guess that is why I use the clench Knott for almost every thing it's one of the few Knotts I have muscle memory for and my hands just ties it with out needing my brain to get involved

DC I used that all the time time I started bass fishing. Then I found the Palomar knot.
I use it for just about everything

That little book used to come with every spool of Power Pro braid DC. Unfortunately they don't anymore. Luckily I saved a couple, to refresh my memory every year. Some packages still have a couple knots printed inside the box that the spool comes in.
With mono and fluoro I still use the improved clinch knot, unless I need a loop knot, for specific presentations.

I have been using the Crazy Alberto also. This looks easier and just as clean. Thanks!

That's a new one for me as well I've just started using braid on my spin casters with leaders always used the dbl. Uni. This does look much quicker especially if your bobbing around on the water. Might suggest a small drop of super glue when finished. Bait casters I tie straight to the frog with a palamar knot and burn the tag end really close to leave a little bulb at the end just in case. I've seen Roland Martin use super glue on his Palamar too. But I don't use it on mine. The uni gets it because I don't tiy them near as often.

I can see it now if I try to use super glue while bobbing around in a boat I know between my loss of vision, and dexterity, I would end up gluing my fingers to the reel, pole, side of the boat or all three

Just pull as tight as I can n use heat cutter.
So far never had any slip 👍

I use that knot pretty much exclusively. Easy to tie, even in the boat. Be sure you wet the knot before cinching it up.

I'll have to check this knot out. I've been using the Uni-to Uni knot.
