It’s pretty clearly divided here in the Garden State between the north & south’s preferred name for this delicious breakfast meat. Wondering what the folks outside NJ call it?

A. Taylor Ham
B. Pork Roll

Up here in the NW part of the state nothing beats a Taylor Ham, egg & cheese on a hard roll with ketchup & black pepper with a hot coffee in the morning before a day on the water!

I've never seen it either Mickey, but it kinda looks like Canadian Bacon. The sandwich sounds great though.

As far as I know it’s a regional delicacy. We in South Jersey and bring it to family in Maine when we go. Planning a Florida move and gonna miss my South Jersey, subs, pizza and Pork Roll!

There’s a HUGE taste difference between the two. Not even close. No comparison.
I’m surprised it’s not available or well known up in CT. We’re practically neighbors!

Maybe down in the SW corner of the state, near NYC Mickey. I've never seen it around the center of the state, but then again, I've never looked for it. I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks for the tip.
