My understanding of most mercury sources is they are natural… not man made.
On the Covid…quick watching CNN and MSNBC.
People are dying both ways from Covid, shots or no shots.
My daughter and wife have had they shot and three boosters, they both have had Covid.
Myself , I have had it twice now and because of its mutations will probably get it many more times.
My dad and step mom both had it… dad is 83 and my step mom is 73 with copd.
I am not saying Covid is not a concern it’s a bad man made disease…thanks to China!
I think it’s best to wash my hands, keep my hands away from my face, stay home when sick and eat healthy.
My way is different than a shot, but I am thankful there is still a choice!
The talk was all about corporations making big money for the pollution of our waters. What about the big money with the pharmaceutical companies.
Do you not think there is a push to sale their product to the public?
If you like fish and eat it often I would recommend to eat pan fish. Their bio accumulation is much less than predator fish like walleye/pike.

My two cents.

I think all shots are paid through the federal government.

Don't say that. It will become the believed factual norm. New protection bills, politician running platforms and more taxes to support "man babies". "Not to mention man baby protests and marches"

I don’t have a problem with eating fish in moderation like it was stated common sense a lot of the younger generation doesn’t have. Covid is nothing more than a aggressive strain off flu that pharmaceutical came up with a shot that would help with at government exspence as farad water quality on streams and rivers I think that the federal gov as well as state governments should come up with restrictions on waste water from plants b collected in filter ponds and tested regularly to make sure it is safe to put back into ur locale streams and rivers. There’s a chemical plant near where I live that occasionally has a spill that kills a lot off fish as it moves down stream to the river when this happens most don’t know unless u have access to land around creek this can’t b good for quality of water in river. This same thing happens all over the country

If you are going to eat your fish, look at a topographical map for the roads, highways, and industrial sites that are upstream and have runoff that washes into it. I live in Central NJ and won't eat freshwater fish from any of the major waterways. There are major highways all around us and all that runoff and residue from leaking vehicles goes right into our lakes and streams through the storm sewers. The only thing I will eat from fresh water are the stocked trout which are not in there long enough to absorb very much. Like papabear said, "use common sense".

The experts will tell you not to eat more than two servings from yellow fin tuna per week because of the mercury.
Ocean/fresh water both have toxins.

Not sure how a person would know water quality that stocked trout was raised in and or if feed source had toxins or not.
I guess what I am saying there is no sure thing.
If i eat fish, eat it in moderation, eat smaller/younger fish… less chance of toxin build up.
Using common sense is a great idea! Asking the good Lord for wisdom direction is my daily prayer.

I just figure if I deep fry them in lard and cover them in hot butter with crisply salted french fries , then when done top it all off with some fine whiskey and a good cigar it kills right ever is bad in the fish.

David, The New Jersey trout Hatchery is located in the much less populated northern part of the state and all of it's water comes from artesian wells. Details are available at https://dep.nj.gov/njfw/fishing/freshwater/pequest-hatchery-operations/ . I would eat fish from the northwestern part of the state (depending on the proximity to major roadways, cow farms, or other questionable runoff. South Jersey, not so much, Central Jersey, not at all.
Again, let common sense prevail. Asking the good Lord for wisdom and strength is my daily prayer also.
