Done a lot of Jerked Pork Steaks in my fryer. Yum yum. Jerked is marinated with brown sugar with black pepper. Up at camp we called it Pepper Pork Steak but meat market called it jerked Pork. It’s pretty good. Cooked it on grill but when got my Air Fryer cooked in it and came out as good as grill. I have a Ninja Air Fryer.
