My daughter's got me a Air Fryer for Christmas an was thinking this would make a great thread. Been checking a few out an was hoping to get some of the Stagers favorite recipes 🤗. What do y'all say ya have something ya want to share 😁

I don't have any particular recipes but have found any recipe that you would use in a conventional oven you can lower the temperature and shorten cooking times. My grandson got me one a year ago, I have just been experimenting, they work good 👍

The wife baked potato 🥔 with skin she put olive oil on the outside potatoes and roll kosher salt then baked some said for 30 minutes we baked our for 50 minutes

work good for frozen fish and steak fry bake 8 minutes then turn over for 8 more minutes YUM YUM

Breaded pork chops:
Bread how you like. Cook at 350 for 7 min a side for 1/2 inch chops.

Fish:
Breaded or not
Cook 340 for 4 minutes on each side. Go additional minute or two per side if thicker pieces.

I use the air fryer for ALOT of stuff. Great to reheat pizza 320 for 3-5 min. Make grandkids nuggets and fry’s, etc. But the two rules I stick too are use a slightly lower temp than conventional methods and about 1/2 the normal cook time. Those aren’t written in stone but are good guide lines to go by. Very easy to check and keep going with an air fryer plus the checking time doesn’t affect the cooking as much as say an oven.

Whitey, I don’t have an air fryer so I can’t vouch for these recipes. From my past experience with Taste of Home, I have cooked some fabulous meals using other recipes that they share.
