I always wanted to fish those lakes but I never had time. I did however fish in the Delaware water gap up near camp Taylor in north Jersey. We camped on the weekends in that are a few times and really enjoyed it. NJ has some great outdoor areas they are just not well know at least they weren’t to me.

Are you near the famous Black Belt in Alabama?

We're you at Paris Island or the Marine Air Station.

G : Air Station, MACG 13, Marine Air Wing...( got really lucky ). 95% of the guys from my PI basic training platoon went straight to Viet Nam. Presume the same for the rest of our training Battalion. The rest of us went to either OCS or other duty stations that had requirements for our non 0300 M O S 's.

No, I’m north of Birmingham in Blount county. I fish Lake Guntersville which is about 30 minutes north of me.

Oh, I know Robert, I look at the weather every few days down in SPI. We have friends in Harlingen that we talk to, and it depresses me so much that I have to have a Miller Lite.

With so much snow you might want a shot or two of tequila instead!

And that's why we have thousands of snowbird's coming down to Florida every year, so they can get out of the snow and catch fish😂😂😂
