Oh My Goodness, that is so sad Gordon. I am so sorry to hear and know your pain. I know she is in a better place, no more pain for her now, Bless you.

You and your wife will be in my prayers this evening and for a good while. Its so hard to lose such dear family members.

Thank you all. Been a rough night for Kathy. She was up most of the night crying. Breakfast just wasn't the same with out her watching.

So sorry to hear about your Best Friend!!!! Being a retired K9 officer I know what it is like to have to put your partner down. God’s speed to you and your wife on this loss. If you’ve never had a close friend like a dog…its hard to explain!!!🙏

To people that have that connection there’s no need to explain. They know the pain. For us it’s like losing any loved one. They become as much of family as family. You are so right cougar. I sure feel for Gordon and his wife. And hearing that takes me back to the fur family I’ve lost over the last 50 years All were special and all still missed

So sorry for your loss. I had a Samoyed that had a terrible urinary tract infection. Kept getting worse and vet recommended he be put down. I held his head as they did this and cried as they did this.

I am so sorry to hear that, that poor sweetheart! I get very attached to them and it kills me when they pass!
