Been a couple of years but there is a snag just outside of the entrance to the damn. Have trolled that area several times with an old fashion Ford fender in circles and limited. Not having seen the current water

Try Beardsley we were up there three weeks ago and it was fun two of us released about ten and kept dinner we also fished below strawberry lodge first road off highway dirt road about a half mile back in just past cabins and fly fished small ones but fished the deeper holes and caught serval 12 inches on power bait we also used power bait at Beardsley almost steaped on a 3foot rattler he was sunning on the trail we fished Pinecrest from our canoe and caught a few over by the inlet and there were not a lot of people fishing we go up every year with family for 10 days at Pinecrest rent the same cabin been going for over forty years

Are you talking about Lyons? I've been to Beardsley, but I've never fished it. When I was there a few years ago the water was WAAAYYY low.
