Hi Fishing Machine, Richie here.
I also live in Leesburg on the east side of Lake Griffin off CR 44. I have. 22' Hurricane deck boat with a 150hp Yamaha 4 stroke.
House is 3/3 with the West sunsets. Water on both sides of the house with boat dock, boat house and lift.
I am selling both if you want to take a look.

Sounds like a great place Richey! But, I'm not looking to buy another house. I bought my forever house back in 2007 on a great canal a 1000 ft off of Lake Eustis! The canal itself is really good fishing! My grandson caught a 14 # 7 Oz bass right from our dock!! And, it's hanging above our fireplace!! Good luck with the sale of your property!!!
