Good luck. There’s lots of good fish for tacos. I tried catfish one time and for some reason I mess that up some how. It wasn’t real good🤷♂️

Sounds good. I’ll have to try that. Never tried trout tacos before but I’ll bet it’s good. Do you smoke em first or use fresh? I, generally, smoke all of my red meated fish.

All this taco talk. Who has made Fish cakes? Instead of crab cakes replace the meat with fish.
I use to take my fairly legal trout because that is all that was being caught and made delicious trout cakes.
