Didn’t want to hide the fish too much). Home made tortillas and a tall glass of water from our spring and life is good. Just gotta go catch more perch now dang it🤷♂️

I can one up that Papa. The best fresh water fish period is perch, in a taco or anything else in my opinion. I must correct myself. I had walleye for the first time this spring. I cooked it with some perch and could not tell which was which after breading and frying. You are right on. Great fish.

Me too. I used to really like sturgeon in tacos too and still do but perch has it beat in my opinion. Saw1gave me some striper fillets once and those made great fish tacos too. I’m not sure how he was able to part with them since he don’t catch much😂😂 but they were sure good. Thanks again for those Steve.

Looks delicious! Now that you have planted the idea in my head I plan to put some on my weekend cooking menu! The fish may not end up being perch...but something close enough! Thanks for a great meal suggestion!

Haven't had home made tortillas in along time !!
Do you make them yourself or your wife ?
My grandmother use to make them when we were kids !! She was Hispanic and could she cook 🍳 she made a Ortega Chillie saw to die for with lots of cheese ions red and white put it over a hamburger 🍔 and you where in heaven the only problem was you never new how hot it was going to !! But it was so dam good you did care.
Man gotta move by you if you make home made torr. I'm there.!!
