Well after being born two months premature and having their struggles for a couple months, the twins are doing very well now. Little man ‘Brixtin’ and Little Lady ‘Harper’ are gaining and developing their own personalities every day! That has been what we have been doing the past 4 1/2 months - and so happy all is going good for them.
I will try one more time to post new born, leaving hospital day & coming home, and then this morning with the twins. They are so special. Very long story so won’t bore you all.
You all take care, be safe, and tight lines to you.

Great idea Kerry - never too early to start something like that! Maybe get er done for their first birthdays. Thanks for putting a spark under me!! After all how many kids ever get a custom fishing pole for a first birthday from their Great PaPa. Thanks for the idea buddy!
I have made a ton of rods for mine and you won't believe the happiness that comes from catching fish on those rods made just for them where they can tell you their favorite color and other likes. I think the key is first few times taking them out is to go to places you can't not catch and really get them "HOOKED" At your age, you have a lot of years to do that. Make the most of it then they will have wonderful memories like you hear on here from fellow Fishing Stagers.
Nothing like grandchildren. Never said no to mine. Be proud!!

Even better with the 7 GreatGrandkids now. These twins will ‘never’ get spoiled by me 😜😜😜😜.
Probably will never live long enough to help pay the hospital bill off but damn well worth it. Unbelievable what 5-6 weeks In NICU cost the granddaughter for the twins. More than I made in my lifetime!

You are truly blessed with family! I pray for great grandchildren
Before Medicare my wife and I were members of Samaritan health sharing. They do not cover pre existing conditions but will submit them to the community for donations. My wife and I at the time had no pre existing conditions. Long story short she had a stroke while we were on Samaritan. The bill was 52,000 and Samaritan paid all 52,000. With insurance I would have had to pay 15,000-20,000. ( the bill was over 70,000 but the hospital discounted the bill 30% for cash-from Samaritan)
The doctors said with 10 years of therapy she would be able to be restored to a level. The real blessing came when we asked the Lord for healing for her and The Lord healed her in 8 days and she walked out of the hospital needing nothing. Thank you Lord!

Oh - we do! About lost the granddaughter when they took the twins by c-section. Wife was in delivery room/operating room with her. She passed out (due to low blood pressure and they continued taking the babies and started with transfusion. Took them 6 pints to get her stabilized. Wife said the whole ER floor was just red. But the good lord had to have been there with them. Said they did a code ‘something’ and there were 20 people in there within a minute to help with granddaughter and the twins. Still amazes me how God makes things happen.

Yep; He is a good God. Don’t know how ANYONE can make it thru this life without Him; or why they would even want to…..
It’s hard enough WITH God’s help; Can’t even imagine doing it on my own these days. 🙏🏻
Glad they are doing well now!
