Great grandkids really are great! This makes #6 & #7 Greats! I must have married a much older lady - I couldn’t possibly be old enough to have great grandkids. Will be 49 years with her on May 1, if she doesn’t kick me out before that 😝😝

I became great-papa at 65, and have two now at 68.

Time to start making then their very own fishing rod with their name on it. Maybe thread colors for one Blue and the other Pink.

Thanks again everyone.
The granddaughter is a hard worker to support her other three kids also. She works for the VA care center as a CNA. She came down with Covid that spread through the care center while she was pregnant with the twins. She was working one morning and passed out and hit her head. We rushed her to the hospital where they determined she had a concussion, was malnourished (didn’t eat very good due to the Covid messing up her taste and smell), was anemic and dehydrated. Two days later they took the twins by c-section . Of course being two months early (at just 31-32 weeks) they had all the normal premmie complications plus some added due to the concussion and Covid. But with the Good Lords help and guidance they have progressed right along. We are enjoying caring for them as she has gone back to work. She now wants to continue on to get her RN so she can work in the Neo-Care unit at the hospital.

Well after being born two months premature and having their struggles for a couple months, the twins are doing very well now. Little man ‘Brixtin’ and Little Lady ‘Harper’ are gaining and developing their own personalities every day! That has been what we have been doing the past 4 1/2 months - and so happy all is going good for them.
I will try one more time to post new born, leaving hospital day & coming home, and then this morning with the twins. They are so special. Very long story so won’t bore you all.

You all take care, be safe, and tight lines to you.

Granddaughter asked me a question last night. “ in all the pictures we have - Why is little lady Harper always on your right side and little man Brixtin always on your left side? Must be something to that. She said she was looking at pictures back to the day they left the hospital and in every picture with me they were on the same side of me. WOWWY! Must be something about it!!

Beautiful twins, Hunt! We had a baby in the NICU for 3 weeks, and I know how that throws your life in chaos. Glad they are doing well.
