Yes I can remember a presidetial election when the canidate gave his concesson speach before the poles in Calif. were closed and it stired quit a controversy of course these days they don't conceed even after 4 years after the election is over. You must be old school but I think since this is an off year election that .03% may end up being the final figure but still you don't want to call it before all votes are in. You don't want to disinfranchise voters do you?

It does seem to be swinging towards the Louisiana Purchase of the hot seat, but the Great Oz mid country calculations haven't been accounted for polls still open till 7pm ECT.
