Very true. I agree J. Teachers don’t teach much any more and that’s sad. They’re all just there for a paycheck and waiting for a retirement. Good teachers went out the window when the kids were given the control.

A good friend of mine has a daughter that's a elementary school teacher. You're right teaching is like any occupation. Good n bad. Good teachers are like some other people the don't stand much of a chance. No discipline no control. It starts at the top no accountability for poor proformace. It's a different world now brother. Not much what can I do for my country anymore. Now it's give me more free stuff. 😕
