Ok, almost all of the TV news is liberal. At least 99%. Add to that they want Ratings. So the truth is NOT their main agenda. IMO Many, many years a go it use to be that the newspapers were more truthful, but that has also changed. Add in the dumbbing(?) down of America by the schools and it gets scarier.
When I was in 8th grade in Arizona (Late 1950's), we had to know how to fill out a long form IRS, make a budget, the Constitution and Government with the with the Election process, and US History to graduate 8th Grade. going ot High School was not forced.
At that time in Arizona, you had to be 14 or finish 8th grade before you could get a job other than selling lemonade. So they wanted the kids to be able to survive in the real world at 14.
Now most High school kids have a hard time making correct change without a cash register telling them. And don't ask them what their gas mileage is. LOL Now people read and trust the Internet! This most likely will end up in the Attic. IMO

It shouldn’t. What you posted is nothing more than the truth but we all know how this works. Somebody is not going to feel the same way and there’s your controversial matter. I’m with you on all of it. 👍

Facebook????? I don't know, I never look at that either.
I agree Fly. I said I don’t do social media but I was informed the stage here is “social media” If the fishing stage is “social media” them I’m on social media but it’s the only place.👍
Social media is the reason that this world is in the shape that it is. It has ruined millions of people lives. The number one cause of childhood suicide. It’s sickening. IMO…🐟on
One more quote from my Dad for you.
"Never argue with a Bigot, Idiot, or Politician. They won't listen to the Truth/Facts."
He was the smartest man I ever knew, even when in my Teens and before. That still hasn't changed. Wish he was still around, but he only made it to 78.

With you on that one Ruff but our TV’s melt while watching.
Well that Started a conversation!!
Trust me, this section is social. Tight lines!
for me it is if I catch them repeatedly stating as fact something that was later shown to be false or they delcare someting false that later is shown to be true they have lost credibility and even if I watch their news I take it with a grain of salt like NBC, CNN alright I guess that is true of almost all national news lately. On whole I have found FOX to be one that has been reliablly true looking back on the stories they covered that were called not true by other sources but a couple years later were proven to be absolutely true such as the Russian collusion, or Biden jr laptop stories and I suspect some of the ones they are getting heat over now might also in the end be shown to be true such as the 2020 election inconsistencies, or the Jan. 6 riot/protest, and their coverage of Covid, but those I'll have to wait on to see.
I do wish all including FOX would draw a clear line between new stories with the clear reporting of facts as known and commentary which is the interpretation of facts through a political lens. Most people can draw their on conclusions if given the actual facts
The problem with FOX is that it is mostly crazy opinion and they fail to tell you when it is opinion. That is why I have moved to Shepard Smith news program. Ck it out on CNBC.

I have never heard of Shepard Smith, but I’m Not a CNBC fan, so that’s probably why. I do hope We All take what we see and hear and verify what we can and make our own conclusions from that.

you are right on although it is getting harder to verify anything with all the censoring of apposing views or arguments. but you are right everyone is responseable to check things out for themselves and then decide
I think he used to be on FOX before CNBC.
It seems as if all news are slanted toward the leaning of each organization. Not really news just opinions.
It is hard to trust that any of them are giving us the complete story. Does that make me a cynic? I guess it does. With that in mind I receive an email daily from a site called the Flip Side. I highly recommend it. It takes a current issue and gives you what both the right and the left have to say about the issue. I admit I lean more to the right. However reading this daily I have to admit that many times my view can be altered

Social being the key word. Facebook is more bull. I saw a thing about all the demonstrations on college campuses again. Saw it at other times when some was dying so they could hide n act stupid. I'm starting to believe common sense is removed at birth. Everyone wants change but nobody is willing to take the first step forward. You can't change if you keep reliving the past. The past can't be changed only the future. 👍
