Time to try something different. The videos and recipes look interesting, especially fish.
What does the panel of experts here say about air fryers?

I would get the size you think makes sense. Don’t worry too much about other features. There is simple timers etc and way fancy but mainly get the size you think is needed. 2 quart … gallon etc

Ryp, don’t personally have one but have had tasty fish and fries from my bro in laws .Certainly makes sense to not heat up the entire oven for a couple of fish and fries. My wife is old school Pa.Dutch and I’ve been trying to convince her to this more efficient technology but she’s not biting.

I have a Gourmia that cost me $ 119 What a Godsend, I love it. Can fit a whole individual pizza in it. Does a wonderful job on everything. Have fun they're great
We have had two of them, really enjoy the food from them, leftovers taste better and crisper than microwaved stuff. Great French fries, fish, bacon. Yumm.

I love my air fryer use it for fish, chicken and fries and even heating up left over pizza. Mine is a bit noisy but works great.

I'm old school to Fly. But wife got rid of microwave about 10 years ago. Now that is old old school. Heat everything on the stove or oven. I'm thinking out side the box. LOL
