I think you are right, Oz. If this is down South where the river doesn't freeze up in the Winter he could anchor that puppy there and live out of it all year long. He would need a generator and haul the sewage out and the water in, but he wouldn't have any property tax, electric bill, water bill. He wouldn't have to mow the lawn, listen to the neighbors fight. He could be on to something there.

I seen that house too on the barge. I thought they said they bought for his parents to retire in. But I could be wrong. It happened once (a day ).

The RV barge house boat homestead . little long on the title but might work ??? My daughter sent it to me becouse I was torn between a boat and an RV. Opted for the boat at this time and the RV next summer.
