Is it true that methane from the human arse contributes to global warming? I read somewhere that it's healthy for humans to expel methane many times a day

From what I was told in the Environmental Community Business Meetings at work we don't hurt it as humans...CO2 either as we breathe but its what the experts said to us. I didn't argue with them. They spend 10+ years getting educated before careers like other professionals like Medical Pros.

When I was a kid going to the local lake, Kaweah, I was infatuated with the bubbles that arise in the water, many years later I learned that it was methane gases in the earth, with the weight and pressure of water would force it up, now it is coming out in record numbers in the Northern Territories ,Alaska, Siberia, from the melting of Permafrost.

Well how could it be true? So many say there is NO SUCH THING. I don't but many do.

Pretty easy to find about anything you want on the internet. Personally I know enough people over 90 who have seen the climate change and change back. I’ll chose to trust those people who’ve seen it. We’ll cool off again then heat up again then cool off again. It’s happened for centuries.

I can remember back 20 or so years ago, when one "Einstein" or another, was warning that cow farts were a problem for the ozone layer, or some happy horse-hockey like that. Well, ✓- out what happens when a volcano erupts, anywhere on Planet Earth.
I'm not trying to say that we, as humans have NO effect or impact on the environment, because I truly believe that some of "our choices" over the centuries, have indeed altered carbon content in the atmosphere, as well as in surface waters...
I also have "witnessed" methane escaping through the water, down in Louisiana in both 1976 & 1979... There was a swampy area near where I grew up in NE Ohio, that ALSO "emitted a strong odor of methane"... DamnifIknow.

I'm thinking that would all be fine'dandy; as long as a man can remain 100% SURE, that he possesses the ability to distinguish between a fart and a SHART!

"So many say there is NO SUCH THING. "

The miniscule warming happening now is part of the natural cycle that's been going on since God set the whole thing spinning. We've been warming out of an ice age for about 15,000 years, and will cool back into one at some point in the future.

If every human was gone tomorrow it would not have a fraction of a degree of effect on Earth's climate. The seasons- summer, fall, winter and spring would continue their relentless march. The planet would continue in its slightly irregular orbit of the Sun, with its little wobble. Glaciers would advance and retreat; sea levels would rise and fall.

The difference is that there would not be any politically motivated individuals around to lie about it.
