Wasnโt there a thread about a month ago as to those will be showing up on the menu and in stores for sale, packaged under a different name?
If they are good to eat, letโs find a way to harvest them, put them on ice, process and feed the homeless and needy with them.

Accidentally found corn and dough catch a lot of carp. Give them away if I can, kill and dispose of them if I canโt. Good to eat, donโt like to clean them.
Anybody actually eat those things?

HUH! I'd always heard they were simply to boney to fool with!
Back strap is good to eat , looks like 2 boats would be in order, One to spook the fish and follow behind off to the side with a 20 foot John boat and just let the darn things jump in until the John is loaded to the max capacity !

I heard an open fishing boat works well. Just cruise around and let them jump in. Stand up in the boat with a net and just catch em like butterflies. ๐

Damn! I sure did flied lice. I used to see the mamma sons in the paddies picking and eating the lice out of their kids hair. Iโm sure you did too.

They jump all over when spooked by a boat. In front and all around. They make a sport of it in some Illinois towns. One boat works, but sometimes they put together an Armada and kill of hundreds at a time. Makes the news around here occasionally.
