Ive caught them on white hominy corn. And the do like fresh greens. Dandelion leaves or GRASS! Believe it or not. Worth a try

Football uniform with full pads and helmet. Big net. Johnboat with loud two stroke motor. Asian carp will jump out of the water. Net them in the air. Not a joke. That’s how it is done. Uniform is necessary to be safe doesn’t have to be football. Could be a motor cycle helmet and flak jacket.
