Never cooked/baked with alcohol,
but when I was working the stockroom job at Raytheon (1983),
we had a 'pot luck' dinner the
Wednesday before Thanksgiving;
I 'donated' a plate of fresh, home-
made brownies for the table, and
had a brown bag of 'special'
brownies with me on my work
cart !
Hadn't been working more
than fifteen minutes when I was approached by three of my
friends/co-workers, asking if
I had 'brownies' ! More than a
few of us worked in a daze/funk
that day ! Incredibly, no major
errors were made filling work
orders !
Working another electronics job in
Scottsdale (1996), we had a similar situation for the Christmas holiday;
my line supervisor brought in a tray
of rum-balls ! I had two, and was
leery of driving the mile-and-a-half
back home - one more and I could have been cited for DUI !
