Glad to be part of this group. Caught this 5.2lb Largemouth this week! Also caught this 3.4 lb and several 2+ lb bass at Lake Guntersville Alabama. Tough conditions but we had a ton of fun.

Welcome to the Stage Greg, beautiful intro Bass. We have a regular here who just moved to Guntersville, maybe a block or 2 from the lake. Thanks for the pictures.

Welcome to the Fishing Stage, GregFass! Enough for a couple of meals there... ¿Are you any kin to them "Fass Brothers" that operate out of Phoebus/ Hampton, VA.? (They have a commercial fishing outfit, over there.)

I gotchya Greg. For future reference, it's often a good idea to "hit 'Quote Reply'"; like I did here, to prevent us getting confused. (It doesn't take MUCH, to confuse SOME of us.) {Speaking for myself}

No you didn't! I'm from North Liberty. Can the world be that small? I was a Shamrock, graduated from NL High School class of 1966. This happened to me once before, I was in Ethiopia and ran into a guy, we got to talking and turns out I used to bale hay for his Grandpa. He grew up in Walkerton. I haven't been back there in over 20 years. Sure had changed from when I lived there and I imagine it's all different now. In some ways. In others it probably hasn't changed a bit.
