For several years a man was having an affair with an Italian woman
Then one night she confided in him that she was pregnant
Not wanting to ruin his marriage,he told her he would pay her a large amount of money
if she would return to Italy and have the child
Furthermore he would provide child support until the child was 18
The lady agreed, but then asked how he would know when the child was born
To keep it discreet,he told her to send him a post card with the message"spagetti"
He would then arrange for the child support payments to begin
About 9 months later,he came home to find his wife confused
She said'Honey ,you got the strangest post card in the mail today"
The man just said, "Okay, give it to me and I will explain later
The wife gave him the card and watched in amazement as her husband turned a sickly green and fainted
On the post card was this message
Spagetti,spagetti,spagetti,spagetti,spagetti
three with meatballs
two without
need more sauce!!!

They make different brands and you can eat it as a soup, a spaghetti, or something in between ... The kind I've got right now = "Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup" ... Don't take long, from: "Ya know, I could stand to eat something" to the time you're sitting down to eat. (With NO microwave) {The noodles get properly boiled in 3 minutes.}

Por nada... Give it a try... It's "RIGHT economical" as well... I often boil up a couple of hotdogs or links of bratwürst, to use in place of meatballs. (Maybe toss a few stuffed olives in the water, right > tossing the noodles in) I most often eat it like spaghetti & even sprinkle Parmesan or Romano, or BOTH on it, but; if I wanna eat it "like a soup", then I crack the noodles before opening the plastic wrappers. Just seems less agrivating to have the shorter noodles, when "working with a spoon" (only).

I'm quite sure that you KNOW BETTER than to hold your breath about all THAT.
Back to the subject of Chinese Spaghetti tho = I usually stir in a good tablespoon of soft butter into the 2× packs of "Ramen Noodles", before I sprinkle the seasoning packet onto it; that helps it "stir" better, as far as getting the seasoning evenly dispersed throughout the bowl of spaghetti. If you make it like soup, they say to use the whole pack of seasoning, when eaten "dry" (spaghetti STYLE), only 1/2 packet of seasoning per "block" of noodles.
Then, I end up with a bunch'a packets of seasoning powder, but, that's OK; I make myself a nice cuppa hot chicken or beef broth/ 1/2 dozen saltines in it, for a "late night snack" sometimes.
